Welcome to LLMVisible (the "Service"), operated at llmvisible.app. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LLMVisible is a SaaS platform that monitors and analyzes how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) mention and recommend brands. The Service provides visibility scores, competitor benchmarking, mention details, and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) recommendations.

3. Accounts

To use the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and plan features are described on our pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Using the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Reselling or redistributing the Service's data outputs outside the permitted use of your plan
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or content

6. Data and Content

The Service queries AI answer engines with prompts related to your brand and stores the resulting responses for analysis. You retain ownership of your data. We process and store data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LLMVisible and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LLMVisible does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data provided will be accurate or complete. AI answer engines may change their behavior, which can affect monitoring results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLMVisible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any data associated with your account may be removed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
